How we work

Trauma-informed, client-paced EMDR with strong preparation: stabilization, somatic awareness, and resourcing before reprocessing. Integrates grounding, nervous system regulation, and gentle titration.

Session options: 50-minute EMDR sessions; 90-minute extended sessions for deeper reprocessing.
