numbness, shame, people-pleasing, and relationship struggles. If
your nervous system has been shaped by what happened (or what
didn't happen), it makes sense that life can feel
exhausting.
I offer staged, trauma-informed therapy that
prioritizes safety and stabilization first, then moves into deeper
processing when you're ready. We go at your pace.
Our work is staged and collaborative: we build safety and stabilization, strengthen nervous system regulation, and develop the internal and practical supports you need. From there, we can use EMDR and other trauma-processing approaches as appropriate, always with integration and gentleness at the centre.
