We'll work on recovery in a grounded, practical way: nervous system regulation, values alignment, and structured boundary work you can actually follow. I draw from CBT/DBT tools, somatic regulation, and trauma-aware pacing.
Burnout counselling is available throughout Greater Victoria, including Victoria, Saanich, Oak Bay, Esquimalt, Langford, Colwood, and View Royal. Sessions can be held in-person at my downtown Victoria location or online from anywhere in BC.
