EMDR Therapy

EMDR can help you process what feels stuck. We'll prepare first, then move at a pace that feels safe.

Couples Counselling

When conflict keeps looping or closeness feels far away, we'll slow things down and help you reach each other again. I draw from EFT and Gottman to rebuild trust, improve communication, and deepen connection.

Trauma & Complex PTSD Therapy

Trauma can live in your body, your relationships, and your sense of self. I offer staged, trauma-informed therapy (EMDR + somatic work + parts/attachment awareness) focused on safety, stability, and lasting change.

Somatic Therapy & Nervous System Regulation

Gentle, body-based counselling to help your nervous system come out of overdrive (or shutdown) and reconnect with cues of safety, steadiness, and self-trust.

Burnout & Stress Counselling

For the bone-deep exhaustion of burnout and compassion fatigue. We'll work on recovery, boundaries, and rebuilding meaning.
