    Often 3–8 sessions, depending on your goals and what's getting in the way. Some people come for a short reset; others stay longer if the work starts opening up deeper layers.
  • Can this be combined with deeper work?
    Yes. Solution-focused work can stand on its own, or it can pair with deeper trauma/attachment work when needed. We'll follow what actually helps you.
